When a product appears on pre-order, it means that it is still in production, yet available for purchase.
Products on pre-order will be sent to customers as soon as the stock is ready.
Pre-order products must be fully paid for at the time of purchase.

The estimated shipping date is specified on the product page.
We will send emails with updates on the estimated delivery date or in case of delays.

For preorders, returns and exchanges policy are the same as a normal purchase.

Our Payment Policy

Payments can be made securely online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Apple Pay. Please note that we do not store customer’s credit card details within our website database.
In order to take your payment we transfer you to our Credit Card processing service provided by PayPal and Stripe.

All of our prices are in Euros, but you can still purchase our goods no matter which currency your home country uses. Your bank will apply the going exchange rate and the payment will appear in your currency on your bank statement.
Reimbursements for returned items will be made in Euros based on the Euro retail price and Martinez is not responsible for any differences related to changes in exchange rates.

Our Shipping Policy

We are pleased to say that we ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (mainland), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

We are working our hardest to expand the list of countries we can ship to. If you wish to be kept in the loop for any updates to our shipping policy that may concern you, please send us an email at contact@souliersmartinez.com.

You may choose to receive your order wherever is most convenient for you (home, work, available relay points, etc.). Not all countries are eligible for delivery to a relay point or PO box.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the option to deliver to a Relay Point has been momentarily disabled.

Due to the impact of Coronavirus on transport, all shipments may experience delays of up to 5 days until further notice.

Once we have received your order request, it will be processed within 1-3 days. Keep in mind we do not dispatch orders over the weekend and any order placed after 4 p.m. on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Once your order is processed, delivery time depends on the selected shipping method.

Occasionally orders may arrive in separate packages, to no extra expense for you. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or canceled - due to stock, payment issues or otherwise - we will contact you via email. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Keep in mind Martinez can only insure your package through transit and the customer bears responsibility after delivery.

Martinez offers free shipping for all orders over 150€ to selected countries.

Shipping costs for orders under 150€:
International shipping // 1-8 business days // 50€
Standard shipping // 1-6 business days // 25€
Delivery to relay point // 1-5 business days // 15€

Standard shipping fees apply to orders delivered to Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Ireland, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Romania, and Slovenia. International shipping fees apply to orders delivered to Australia.

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of France may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Martinez, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Martinez. Yes, as soon as your order has been validated and the courrier has picked up your purchase we will send you the tracking number.

Our return and exchange policy

You may exchange your shoes for a different size in the same model, given that the size is available.

We always hope you love the products you have bought from us. Please know your Martinez shoes have been carefully made by hand in Spain and gone through our quality inspection. Due to the handcraftsmanship and our natural material choices, slight irregularities may be noticeable. We do not consider minor markings or inconsistency in color as constituting a flaw.

The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. Martinez boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box. Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return and items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned without an exchange will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund. Damaged or missing outer packaging will result in a 5€ charge.

We allow the return of full-priced goods within 14 days of receipt of your package. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Reduced price items are considered final sale, therefore returns are not accepted.

We try to make returns as easy as possible for our customers. If you wish to return an item, simply fill out our Return Form and we will get back to you with instructions as soon as possible.
