WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Payments can be made securely online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Apple Pay. Please note that we do not store customer’s credit card details within our website database.
In order to take your payment we transfer you to our Credit Card processing service provided by PayPal and Stripe.
WHICH CURRENCIES DO YOU SELL IN?
All of our prices are in Euros, but you can still purchase our goods no matter which currency your home country uses. Your bank will apply the going exchange rate and the payment will appear in your currency on your bank statement.
Reimbursements for returned items will be made in Euros based on the Euro retail price and Martinez is not responsible for any differences related to changes in exchange rates.

We are pleased to say that we ship to the following countries in : Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (mainland), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Kosovo, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States, Canada.
We are working our hardest to expand the list of countries we can ship to. If you wish to be kept in the loop for any updates to our shipping policy that may concern you, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You may choose to receive your order wherever is most convenient for you (home, work, etc.).
Please note that we use courier services for delivery, so someone needs to be present at the given address in order to receive your package.
If you are interested in delivery in a relay point, please let us know at email@example.com.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Once we have received your order request, it will be processed by our warehouse within 1-3 days. Keep in mind we do not dispatch orders over the weekend and any order placed after 4 p.m. on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Once your order is processed, delivery time depends on the country of delivery
SHIPPING TIME: 1-3 business days
Occasionally orders may arrive in separate packages for multi-models orders, to no extra expense for you. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or canceled - due to stock, payment issues or otherwise - we will contact you via email. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Goods may be subject to random customs checks which can extend delivery times.
Keep in mind Martinez can only insure your package through transit and the customer bears responsibility after delivery.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
For orders to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden:
- Less than 300 €: 15 €
- More than 300 €: Free shipping
To all orders delivered to Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Ireland, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Switzerland:
- International Shipping: 25 €
For all orders to Australia, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, United Kingdom, South Korea Taiwan, United States and Canada:
- International Shipping: 35 €
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of France may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). As we sell in DDP, Souliers Martinez is responsible for all Import Fees. If the carrier asks you to pay them, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for any reason you refuse a shipment from Martinez, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Martinez. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Please email your shipping and handling questions or comments to email@example.com.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, as soon as your order has been validated and the courrier has picked up your purchase we will send you the tracking number.
If no tracking was given to you, do not hesitate to send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
CAN I EXCHANGE MY SHOES FOR ANOTHER SIZE?
You may exchange your shoes for a different size in the same model, given that the size is available.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We always hope you love the products you have bought from us. Please know your Martinez shoes have been carefully made by hand in Spain and gone through our quality inspection. Due to the handcraftsmanship and our natural material choices, slight irregularities may be noticeable. We do not consider minor markings or inconsistency in color as constituting a flaw.
All products sold on the site can be returned, whether they are on full price or in sale.
The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. Martinez boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box. Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return. Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned without an exchange will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund (15€). Damaged or missing outer packaging will result in a 5€ charge.
We only allow returns to be made from the address used for outbound delivery.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We try to make returns as easy as possible for our customers. If you wish to return an item, simply fill out our Return Form and we will get back to you with instructions as soon as possible.

When a product appears on pre-order, it means that its production hasn’t started yet.
Products on pre-order will be sent to customers as soon as the stock is ready.
Pre-order products must be fully paid for at the time of purchase.
The estimated shipping date is specified on the product page.
We will send emails with updates on the estimated delivery date or in case of delays.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For preorders, returns and exchanges policy are the same as a normal purchase.
